Pre-Professional Ballet Academy
Admission to the Pre-Professional Ballet Academy is by audition only. Dancers must be entering 6th grade or above in order to audition for the program. The Ballet Academy is designed for the dancer seeking a professional ballet career and/or admission to a college dance program. Auditions are generally held during the Spring of each year.
The Pre-Professional Ballet Academy accepts no more than 40 dancers in our two divisions, middle school and high school. Ballet Academy students have a daily Ballet class with additional rotating training to include: Pas De Deux, Repertoire, Contemporary, Contemporary Ballet, Modern, Variations, Pointe, Pilates, Progressive Ballet Technique, and Conditioning and Stretch. Ballet Academy students train Monday-Friday (with some required Saturday rehearsals/show. Additional classes in Ballet, Pointe, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Conditioning, and Tap may be added. Tuition is based on the number of hours scheduled. Male dancers enrolled in the Ballet Academy receive a 50% tuition scholarship.
